1. Who we are & scope
These proposed Terms of Use govern the Sudopia mobile game, related game content, and the Sudopia website provided by GamerHeart, Inc. (“GamerHeart,” “we,” “us”). “You” means the person using the services and, where required, their parent or legal guardian.
This preview is a draft and does not itself activate a new agreement. The final terms and effective date will be made available before launch. App-store terms also apply to downloads and transactions.
2. Players of all ages
Sudopia is intended for players of all ages and does not require an account or login. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your country, your parent or guardian must review and authorize your use where legally required. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and device permissions.
Age ratings do not replace parental-consent or children’s-privacy requirements. Any age-specific privacy protections and consent flows will be described in the final Privacy Policy and implemented before applicable data collection.
3. Your permission to play
Subject to the final terms and applicable law, GamerHeart grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Sudopia for non-commercial entertainment on devices you lawfully control. Ownership of the game, characters, artwork, music, branding, software, and other content remains with GamerHeart or its licensors.
You may not copy or commercially distribute the game, misrepresent ownership, or use its intellectual property outside the permissions granted here. Rights expressly provided by law remain available.
4. Fair play & acceptable use
Do not exploit bugs, cheat, interfere with services, bypass purchase checks, tamper with game data, distribute malicious software, or use automated tools that unfairly alter gameplay. Do not use support channels to harass others or send unlawful material.
Reverse engineering or security research is restricted only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Report problems to support@gamerheart.co without accessing other people’s information or disrupting services.
5. In-app purchases & virtual items
Sudopia will offer optional in-app purchases. The purchase screen will identify the product, price, currency, and applicable conditions before you confirm. Only purchase if you are authorized to use the payment method; children should obtain a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Transactions are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules, together with mandatory consumer rights. For billing or refund requests, use the store’s support process. Contact us for problems delivering a purchased item.
Virtual items and unlocks are licensed digital content for use in Sudopia. They are not money, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be sold or transferred unless we expressly enable that feature. Consumable items may be used up. Purchase restoration depends on the product type and store support; do not assume progress or every item transfers across platforms or devices.
Uninstalling or clearing local data may remove progress. Any final policy on restoring entitlements must match the released game. These terms do not waive statutory remedies for defective or undelivered digital content.
6. Advertising & external services
Sudopia will display advertisements through Unity and Google advertising services, including mediation where configured. Ad availability and format may vary. External advertiser websites and offers are governed by their own terms; GamerHeart does not guarantee their products or claims.
Analytics and advertising practices are addressed separately in the Privacy Policy. Agreeing to terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy or tracking consent required by law or a platform.
7. Support & feedback
You can contact support@gamerheart.co. Provide only information needed to explain the problem; do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive information. If you send suggestions, you permit us to use them to improve Sudopia without an obligation to pay you. You retain ownership of your original feedback.
8. Updates, availability & ending use
We may release updates, rebalance gameplay, change content, or suspend services for maintenance or security. Online functionality depends on connectivity, compatible devices, and third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
You may stop using Sudopia at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice or remedies where required. Ending services or changing paid content remains subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Warranties & responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available, and we do not promise that they will always be error-free or meet every preference. You remain responsible for your device, authorized purchases, and how you use the game.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies. No blanket waiver of statutory rights, mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or fixed liability cap is included in this draft.
10. Disputes & applicable law
Please first contact support@gamerheart.co so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain access to courts, regulators, and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
GamerHeart’s place of incorporation, business address, and any permitted governing-law or venue provision are pending confirmation. No jurisdiction is selected in this draft. Mandatory protections in your country of residence are preserved.
11. Changes & contact
The final terms will state their effective date. Material revisions will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change, with advance notice or renewed agreement where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
