Website analytics & cookie choices
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may process page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose Accept analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled in our website integration.
You can decline or change your choice using Cookie settings. We store your choice in your browser. Changing an accepted choice to Decline stops future measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already sent to Google. We do not intentionally send email addresses or contact messages to Analytics.
See Google’s Privacy Policy for Google’s handling of information.
1. Who this notice covers
GamerHeart, Inc. develops Sudopia and provides this website. This draft describes the planned handling of information relating to players and website visitors. Sudopia will launch worldwide, is intended for all ages, and will not require accounts or logins.
The game plans to use Unity Analytics, Unity advertising services, Google advertising services, and in-app purchases. No-account gameplay does not mean no data is collected: device and service identifiers can still relate to a person. The final notice must reflect the released SDKs, settings, and actual data flows.
2. Information involved
- Website launch waitlist: if you opt in, we send your email address to MailerLite to manage Sudopia launch updates and confirmation emails. You may unsubscribe using the link in our emails or contact hello@gamerheart.co to request removal. We do not require a game account to join the waitlist.
- Game activity: the supplied game code records tutorial completion, match starts, finishes and quits, level, score, placement, match number, and match duration through Unity Analytics when collection is active.
- Device and technical information: SDKs may process IP address, device or installation identifiers, operating system, app version, language, diagnostics, and approximate region. Exact categories depend on the final SDK configuration.
- Advertising information: ad services may process ad impressions, clicks, device information, and advertising identifiers where permitted. Personalized-advertising and cross-app tracking practices must be verified for each age group and region.
- Purchases: stores and purchase services process transaction and entitlement information. The game may receive purchase status, product identifiers, and receipts to verify and deliver items. Full payment details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into this website.
- Local game data: settings, progress, and unlocks may be stored on the device. Uninstalling or clearing storage can remove local data and does not by itself erase information held by providers.
- Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send.
- Website access: hosting infrastructure may process request details such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site.
The current website does not contain an added marketing analytics or ad SDK. Its contact form prepares an email in your own email app; it does not send the message through a website submission endpoint.
3. Why information is used
Planned purposes include providing gameplay, saving settings and entitlements, completing purchases, responding to support, detecting errors or abuse, understanding game performance, and displaying and measuring advertisements. Optional analytics and advertising uses must operate with the choices and safeguards required for the relevant player.
Where laws require a legal basis, the final notice will map each actual processing activity to consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or another applicable basis. Consent for optional processing must be separate from acceptance of game terms and can be withdrawn where applicable.
4. Providers & disclosure
The current project includes Unity Analytics, Unity LevelPlay mediation, and Unity In-App Purchasing. Unity Ads and Google advertising services are planned. Their SDKs and any mediated ad networks may process information directly as well as provide information to GamerHeart.
Information may also be handled by hosting, support, and security providers or disclosed where legally required. A business transfer involving information would require appropriate safeguards and notice.
Before launch, the exact Google ad product, enabled mediation partners, recipient roles, data categories, and applicable links must be listed. Whether advertising disclosures constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under regional laws must be assessed; this draft does not assert that none occurs.
5. Advertising, analytics & choices
Unity Analytics and advertising are separate processing activities. A consent decision for one does not automatically authorize the other. The released game must offer appropriate notices and choices before any processing that requires consent.
On supported Apple devices, cross-app tracking requires the platform’s tracking permission. You can review tracking permissions in device settings. On Android, device privacy settings may let you reset or delete advertising identifiers. These controls do not necessarily stop all contextual advertising or technical processing.
Non-essential website cookies or similar tracking, if introduced later, must have appropriate disclosures and controls. Required regional opt-outs, consent withdrawal, and recognized preference signals must be implemented wherever applicable; the final notice must identify how to use those controls.
6. Children & family privacy
Sudopia is intended for all ages, including children. We cannot treat it as an adults-only service or rely solely on an age rating. The final game must implement an age-appropriate privacy design, including applicable parental notice and verifiable parental consent before covered collection, use, or disclosure of children’s information.
Children’s advertising must use settings and providers suitable for the applicable laws and store rules. The final notice must name providers collecting children’s information and explain parental access, deletion, and consent-withdrawal procedures. A parent can contact support@gamerheart.co with a privacy question; please do not send a child’s unnecessary personal information.
Not yet finalized: age handling, child-directed or mixed-audience classification, parental-consent methods, children’s data retention, and the exact advertising restrictions. The draft does not claim these protections are already implemented.
7. Retention & security
Information should be retained only as needed for its disclosed purpose, legal obligations, and legitimate security or dispute needs, then deleted or appropriately de-identified. The final notice must specify meaningful retention periods or criteria for analytics events, advertising data, support records, purchase records, and children’s information.
Security measures should reflect the data and risks involved. No service can guarantee perfect security. This draft does not claim a particular security certification, encryption deployment, or deletion schedule without verification.
8. International processing
Worldwide availability and use of international providers can involve processing outside your country. The final notice must identify relevant processing locations and legally required transfer safeguards, including any applicable contractual safeguards. Worldwide release does not itself establish compliance in every jurisdiction.
9. Privacy requests & regional rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.
Send requests to support@gamerheart.co with “Sudopia privacy request” in the subject. Explain the request and platform. We may need proportionate information to locate records and verify authority, including for a parent or authorized representative. Do not send identity documents or full payment details unless a secure, necessary verification process is arranged.
No account deletion is necessary because the game has no accounts. Data deletion can still apply to SDK-linked records. Device identifiers and provider processes may be needed to locate those records. Applicable exceptions and legally required response timelines govern requests.
Specific EU/UK, California, and other regional disclosures must be completed after the operator’s location, data practices, and legal applicability are confirmed.
10. Updates & contact
The operative policy will display an effective date and explain material changes. New processing purposes may require additional notice or consent before they begin.
Responsible operator: GamerHeart, Inc. Email: support@gamerheart.co. The registered business address, country/state, and any required privacy representatives remain to be confirmed.
